How long does shipping take ?

Shipping can take anywhere from 5 - 25 days. We do acknowledge that our commitment to affordability comes with the trade-off of slightly longer delivery times. But we firmly believe that patience pays off. While other brands might promise next-day delivery, we promise to deliver more than just products. We promise to deliver an experience. What do I do if I want a refund?

If there is something wrong with your item and it matches our refund policy then please contact us using our contact page form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Are all my details safe?

All our customers details our safe with us. We do not hold any card or payment information as we use payment providers such as Vipps, Visa, Stripe and PayPal who handle that side. The only information we hold for a certain period is your address and name which we use when shipping your order out to you. More information can be found on our policies.
